We provide workflow reviews, documentation, and training related to Cyberduck usage. We do not distribute Cyberduck software or provide downloads.

2) Engagements

Project scopes, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a written statement of work. Any changes must be agreed in writing by both parties.

3) Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring your transfer activities comply with applicable laws and policies.

4) Intellectual property

Materials we create remain our intellectual property until paid in full. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the materials internally.

5) Disclaimers

We provide operational guidance, not legal or security guarantees. You are responsible for verifying compliance and security requirements.

6) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
